Social media makes Indians more productive

In the last decade though,Indians gain in productivity are among highest in the world .
Several research papers in recent years established the role of social connectedness in improving productivity through faster diffusion of knowledge and ideas . 

One big difference between rich and poor countries is productivity of labour.After adjusting for difference in purchasing power ,average worker in US is nine times productive than an Indian worker.
